(Students are given a new seating chart)
(I place one student right next to my desk)
Student: "Mrs. A, you did this on purpose, didn't you?"
Me: "Yes."
Student: "You put me next to you because I try and text all the time?"
Me: "Yes."
(silence)
(Student pulls out pulls out phone)
(Student kisses phone)
Student (to the phone): "Goodbye, my friend."
